Job summary

Goldener Hirsch, Auberge Collection in Deer Valley, Utah, is seeking a Server to craft extraordinary dining experiences for our guests. You will take orders, anticipate needs, and deliver beverages and meals with a consistently high standard of service.

You will relate with guests to ensure satisfaction, upsell premium items, manage POS orders and billing, and maintain a pristine service environment in a luxury hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in the foodservice/hospitality industry.
• Good knowledge of food and wine; luxury hospitality experience preferred.
• Must be of minimum age to serve alcohol.
• Superior professional appearance and manner; able to work in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the guest dining experience by taking orders, anticipating needs, and delivering items efficiently.
• Relate with guests to ensure satisfaction with beverages and meals, maintaining heartfelt, high-quality service.
• Comply with Auberge Resorts Collection standards and upsell unique menu items.
• Accurately take and place orders, input into POS system, and handle billing.
• Operate, maintain, and clean restaurant equipment and fittings.
• Ensure the restaurant/outlets are tidy, organized and follow safe food handling procedures.
