Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a professional cook for the iconic Arizona Biltmore in Phoenix. This full-time role supports a high-volume kitchen with a 2pm–10pm shift, handling grill and sautee duties for up to 150 covers per shift.

The resort offers a dynamic luxury dining environment and career growth opportunities. Ideal candidates will have at least one year of kitchen experience; apprenticeship or accredited culinary schooling is preferred, with hotel or resort background a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Apprenticeship or accredited Culinary School preferred.
• At least one year of cooking experience in a professional, fast-paced kitchen.
• Prior hotel / resort experience preferred.
• Upscale / luxury dining experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all food items according to standard recipes or supervisor direction to ensure consistency of product.
• Check and control proper storage of product, especially fresh produce, and manage portion control.
• Maintain cleanliness of refrigeration, storage, and working areas in compliance with Health Department regulations.
• Ensure equipment is clean and in good working condition as per Health Department standards.
• Read and apply recipes and read quantities; prepare requisitions for supplies and food items.
