Job summary
Fairmont Scottsdale Princess is seeking a Privado Lead Arrival Experience Coordinator to greet guests, coordinate the Privado front drive, and ensure a seamless arrival and departure experience. You will be the face of Privado, delivering warm, personalized service and coordinating with Guest Services and Front Office to anticipate guest needs.
The role emphasizes luxury hospitality, calm under pressure, and strong presentation.
Qualifications
- Must be professional in appearance and presentation.
- Ability to stay calm and courteous in fast-paced environments.
- Experience in Forbes-rated hotels preferred.
- Must have a valid US Driver’s License.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Be the 'Face of Privado' with a warm, professional presence.
- Assist arriving and departing guests with exceptional service.
- Establish immediate guest connection and anticipate needs.
- Maintain a calm, organized, luxury-focused environment.
- Act as central point between Guest Services and Front Office.
- Identify and resolve potential congestion or service delays.
- Coordinate Privado front drive and vehicle flow for arrivals/departures.
- Coordinate with Guest Services for luggage delivery and retrieval.
- Ensure seamless handoff of guest needs without repeats.
- Follow through on arrival/departure requests.
- Relay VIP arrivals and special requests to departments.
