Job summary

Fairmont Scottsdale Princess is seeking a Host/Hostess to welcome guests with warm, personal service and to support outstanding dining experiences across our restaurants and lounges.

Reporting to the La Hacienda Manager, you will greet guests, understand outlet tasks, assist with menu knowledge, and ensure service standards are met while maintaining safety and cleanliness in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to follow policies and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, friendly greetings and engaging service.
• Understand server tasks in the outlet.
• Understand shift end reports and the POS system.
• Assist guests with menu items in an informative way.
• Know menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods.
• Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
• Maintain teamwork and guest focus at all times.
