Fairmont Scottsdale Princess is seeking a Privado Lead Arrival Experience Coordinator to welcome guests with warmth and luxury across the Privado villa experience. You will greet guests, ensure a seamless arrival and departure, and uphold the mission of \"Making Special Happen\" throughout the guest journey.

You will coordinate with Guest Services and Front Office, anticipate guest needs, and manage luggage delivery while maintaining a calm, prestige-focused environment.

Formación

• Must provide outstanding guest service and maintain a professional appearance.
• Ability to perform calmly under pressure in a fast-paced luxury hotel.
• Work cohesively with teams to deliver seamless guest experiences.
• Must hold a valid US driver\'s license and be able to assist with luggage handling.

Responsabilidades

• Be the “Face of Privado” with a confident, warm, professional presence.
• Assist arriving and departing guests with exceptional service.
• Establish immediate guest connection and anticipate needs through observation and communication.
• Maintain a calm, organized, luxury-focused environment.
• Act as the central point of communication between Guest Services and Front Office teams.
• Proactively identify and resolve potential congestion or delays.
• Own and manage the Privado front drive and vehicle flow.
• Coordinate with Guest Services for luggage delivery and retrieval.
• Ensure seamless handoff of guest requests without repetition.
• Relay VIP arrivals and special requests to appropriate departments.
