Job summary

Onni Group of Companies is seeking a Guest Services Agent in Long Beach, CA to deliver premium front desk service and information to residents and guests. You will manage check-ins/outs, mail delivery, and coordinate with leasing, maintenance and management teams to ensure a seamless experience.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office. A flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, is needed in a luxury, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• College/education in Property Management preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite (Project, Outlook, Word, Excel) and Windows OS.
• Excellent oral and written communication; strong customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide front desk customer service.
• Handle check-ins and check-outs.
• Coordinate mail, messages and packages.
• Inform guests about local transport and dining options.
• Resolve conflicts with guests in a professional manner.
• Support move-ins/move-outs and coordinate with Leasing and Resident Services.
• Assist with inquiries via phone and email.
