The Bellevue Club Hotel is seeking a Front Desk Agent on site in Bellevue, WA. You will be one of the first contacts for guests and Members, ensuring a luxurious, seamless arrival and departure experience at our upscale property.

Responsibilities include processing reservations, handling payments, and providing accurate information about rates, availability, and on-property services. A hospitality mindset and flexible schedule are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Prior front desk or hospitality experience preferred.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Excellent guest service and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out of the Bellevue Club Hotel.
• Process payments and billing as required.
• Provide information on room rates, availability, and services.
• Create and modify reservations using Opera PMS.
• Handle inquiries from guests by phone, email, or in person.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and guest services to meet guest needs.
