Job summary

Hyatt Regency Bellevue on Seattle’s Eastside is seeking a friendly Front Office Agent to be the guest-facing first impression. You will manage the guest registration and communicate hotel services to ensure a warm, memorable stay.

This full-time role offers $27.00/hour with potential incentives. Availability for overnight shifts and a flexible AM/PM schedule is required to support guest service around the clock.

Qualifications

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
• Refined verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Availability to work an overnight shift as needed
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule of AM or PM shifts, holidays, and weekends

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage the check-in/check-out process.
• Communicate hotel services and promotions to guests.
• Handle payments and respond to guest inquiries.
