Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Agent for our InterContinental Seattle Bellevue property in Bellevue. You will welcome guests, check them in, provide information about the hotel and local area, and ensure smooth arrivals and departures.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Check guests in, ensuring proper credit is received and special requests are noted and fulfilled.
• Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest in guests.
• Promote and sell hotel programs and services.
• Interact with hotel staff professionally and assist other departments as needed.
• Be knowledgeable of all emergency procedures and policies.
