Job summary

Bellevue Club Hotel is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver luxury service to guests and Members on Seattle’s Eastside. You’ll be one of the first and last touchpoints, ensuring a memorable stay and smooth arrival/departure.

Responsibilities include check-in/out, handling payments, answering calls, and coordinating with Housekeeping and Guest Services to meet guest needs, with a focus on exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Prior hotel experience preferred.
• A passion for exceeding guest expectations.
• Excellent attention to detail and a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out using Opera Property Management System.
• Process payments including credit cards and direct billing.
• Answer front desk and reservation calls with information on rates, availability, and services.
• Create/modify reservations in Opera PMS and update guest data.
• Handle room reservation requests via phone, email or walk-in.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Guest Services to fulfill guest requests.
