Job summary

Lodging Dynamics Hospitality Group in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly greet guests, register arrivals, and coordinate with reservations to optimize room sales. You will handle guest requests, protect confidential information, and assist with check-ins and check-outs while delivering exceptional service and maintaining hotel standards.

Responsibilities

Books guest reservations and coordinates with reservation center.
Registers guests into the hotel using upselling techniques and prepares for check-ins/outs.
Greets, registers, and assigns rooms to guests.
Handles confidential guest information with integrity.
Answers and routes calls; takes guest messages accurately.
Resolves guest complaints and informs supervisor of major issues.
Responds quickly to guest requests or complaints with appropriate action and follow-up.
