Job summary

Coach in Indianapolis, part of Tapestry, Inc., is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience and meet store sales goals. This role blends luxury retail service, omnichannel selling, and team collaboration.

You will use POS, clienteling tools, and social media to drive brand loyalty, support daily store operations, and participate in brand initiatives and training.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background with social media savvy; live-stream shopping or video demos is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain a fast-paced floor presence and support daily store operations.
• Process transactions and assist with inventory, replenishment, and merchandising.
