The role blends luxury service, omnichannel selling, and team collaboration to drive loyalty and revenue. The position emphasizes clienteling, data-driven selling, and professional demeanour in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail or similar.
• Experience with POS, Mobile POS, iPad, and price sheets.
• Strong English proficiency; able to read price/release sheets.
• Luxury retail background and social media savviness (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to style and service standards.
• Build relationships through personalized styling, product knowledge, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and upselling with tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
• Perform daily operations: cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, visual merchandising.
• Keep floor and stockroom clean and stocked; follow policies and asset protection procedures.
• Process transactions including online pickups; assist teammates as needed.
• Support inventory cycles and product movement.
