Coach, part of Tapestry, Inc., is seeking a Sales Support Associate to help drive store success through warm client service, accurate POS transactions, and stockroom organization. You will greet customers, assist with product selection, process shipments, maintain visual merchandising, and support daily floor operations with a focus on brand standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in retail, preferably luxury, education+experience considered
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and market competition
• Familiar with cash registers, basic computer skills (iPad/Laptop, Mobile POS, Internet) and price/product sheets
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong English language proficiency (EU note)

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as a brand ambassador; support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately; maintain cash wrap and comply with policy.
• Suggest add-ons, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted.
• Receive, process and organize shipments; report discrepancies; keep stockroom clean.
• Manage stock levels; replenish floor; execute visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities; respond to customer requests; partner with team/management.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and Loss Prevention guidelines.
