Job summary

The Biltmore Company seeks a Valet Attendant for Inn on Biltmore Estate. You will greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, and keep entrances tidy while maintaining the enchantment of arrival and departure experiences.

Varied shifts from 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm, including weekends and holidays. Prior guest service in hotels/resorts or valet is preferred; requires driving skills, English proficiency, and a courteous, proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• Prior guest service experience preferred in hotel/resort or valet roles.
• Demonstrated commitment to world-class guest service.
• Able to operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Good judgment, initiative, and problem-solving in guest settings.
• Strong interpersonal and written/spoken English; other languages are a plus.
• Team player capable of working in dynamic environments.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license, be 18+, with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with parking and retrieving vehicles.
• Maintain front entrance and valet areas; keep pathways clear.
• Ensure vehicle windshields are clean and free of dirt.
• Safely operate guest vehicles and monitor security as needed.
• Contribute to guest enchantment during arrival and departure.
• Provide general assistance to the department and leadership.
• Follow Inn on Biltmore Estate service standards.
• Work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and weather-related requirements.
