Job summary

Biltmore Estate is seeking a Parking and Transportation Host I to assist guests with parking and directions while maintaining safety and order on the estate. The role involves occasional van transportation and day-to-day guest engagement.

Schedule is typically 7am–3pm with holiday and weekend availability required. Candidates should be 18+, with a high school diploma or GED and a strong commitment to guest service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or GED); First Aid, CPR, AED certification a plus.
• Applicants must be 18 or older.
• At least six (6) months of related guest contact/service experience.
• Ability to quickly learn Biltmore history, products and Asheville area.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class guest service and greet guests warmly.
• Assist guests with parking directions and information.
• Operate the department van safely and per procedures.
• Support department leadership and maintain orderly estate grounds.
