Job summary

Inn on Biltmore Estate is seeking a valet to greet guests, assist with arrival and parking, and maintain the front entrance areas. The position involves safely operating guest vehicles and supporting guests throughout arrival and departure, with hours typically 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm.

Requirements include prior guest service experience, strong interpersonal skills, and a valid driver’s license. Ability to work in a team and handle busy periods is essential.

Qualifications

• Prior guest service experience is preferred; hotel/resort background is a plus.
• Able to interact with guests in a courteous, professional manner.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at the Inn on Biltmore Estate and assist with arrival procedures.
• Assist with parking and retrieving guest vehicles and maintain front entrance areas.
• Keep valet areas and pathways clean and safe; check windshields for cleanliness.
• Safely operate guest vehicles and support guests during the arrival/departure process.
• Perform security checks of vehicles in valet care as needed.
• Work as part of a team to deliver world-class guest service.
