You will partner with team members to meet store goals, maintain a premier counter, and utilize clienteling tools to grow your own business.

This role emphasizes training participation, pre-booked facial events, and maintaining an inviting, properly merchandised counter while closing sales with finesse.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail experience, preferably in cosmetics.
• Proven sales experience, meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
• Willing to learn and use Saks clienteling tools and proprietary software.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of independent business-building.

Responsibilities

• Model Saks Fifth Avenue principles (Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend, Thank).
• Aim to exceed individual and store sales goals and events targets.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build lasting customer relationships.
• Liaise with Account Executives and maintain counter standards.
• Record client information and preferences using clienteling tools.
• Ensure a welcoming, well-merchandised counter and close sales.
