Job summary

Saks Fifth Avenue is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver outstanding customer service, drive personal and vendor line sales, and cultivate VIP relationships. You’ll manage in-house training, pre-booked facial events, and maintain an inviting counter while leveraging Saks clienteling to grow your business.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of retail experience and a proven sales record in a cosmetics environment.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year retail experience.
Demonstrated successful sales experience, exceeding quota.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
Ability to learn and utilize online clienteling tools and software.
Attention to detail, initiative, positive working posture.
Ability to work with others and independently to drive business.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and create rapport to exceed sales goals.
Aim to achieve individual, vendor line, event, and department targets.
Provide outstanding customer service and build lasting relationships as brand expert.
Serve as liaison between Saks Fifth Avenue and Account Executive.
Log client information and preferences in clienteling tools to grow business.
Ensure a clean, welcoming selling space and close sales effectively.
