Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail experience.
• Demonstrated sales experience, exceeding quota.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment with minimal supervision.
• Ability to learn and use Saks' clienteling tools and software.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and build vendor line sales volumes.
• Maintain and merchandise counter, drive in-store sales and closing of retail purchases.
• Record client information and preferences using clienteling tools.
• Develop customer relationships and pre-book facial consultation events.
• Exceed individual and department sales goals and maintain brand standards.
