Responsibilities

• Deliver an elevated, personalized client experience in-store.
• Build long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling.
• Maintain and grow a client book with appointment selling.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, fabrication, fit and storytelling.
• Support store events, trunk shows, and community activations.
• Oversee boutique operations and ensure brand standards.
• Accurately process POS transactions and inventory tasks.
