Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications, skincare analyses and recommend products based on customer goals.

• Set and achieve in-store and digital sales using selling tools and social media.
• Book appointments and drive sales for in-store Beauty events and services.
• Maintain department organization and cleanliness to keep customers ready.
• Stay updated on beauty trends, products, and brand trainings.
• Manage sales, refunds, exchanges and build Nordstrom Rewards loyalty.
