Job summary

Nordstrom in New York City’s Beauty Department is seeking a customer-focused beauty advisor. You will perform makeup applications, skincare analyses, and product recommendations while creating a welcoming environment for clients and teammates.

Build loyalty by guiding customers through Nordstrom Rewards, meeting sales goals, and participating in vendor events. Training with brand partners keeps you at the forefront of beauty trends and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions.
• Build and maintain vendor relationships to maximize results.
• Keep department organized and customer-ready.
• Stay current on beauty trends through trainings with Nordstrom and brands.
• Open Nordstrom Rewards accounts to foster customer loyalty.
