• Set and achieve sales goals, for in-store and digital selling with selling tools including social media.
• Book appointments and drive sales for in-store Beauty events and services.
• Keep department customer-ready through organization and cleanliness.
• Stay updated on beauty trends and products through trainings by Nordstrom and brand partners.
• Manage sales, refunds, exchanges, and build customer loyalty by opening Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
