Job summary

Blue Origin seeks a seasoned Program Planning and Controls Project Manager to drive integrated master schedules and cost-schedule baselines across multiple IPTs in the MK1 Lunar program. You will collect status, deliver metrics to leadership, and help teams resolve schedule drivers to accelerate lunar development.

With 7+ years in aerospace or R&D scheduling, you will master Primavera P6, MS Project, and Earned Value techniques while maintaining trusted cross-functional relationships in a

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a highly analytical field such as business, finance, engineering, or project management.
• Experience with aerospace or R&D scheduling is preferred and beneficial.
• Proven ability to manage complex IMS and integrated scheduling artifacts.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate optimal schedule management for multiple IPTs and align with IMS.
• Coordinate status updates, track schedule and project performance, and deliver actionable metrics to leadership.
• Engage IPTs to resolve schedule drivers and improve cadence for faster delivery to lunar milestones.
• Provide cost and schedule baselining, reforecasting, and variance analysis as needed.
• Support continuous process improvement across program planning activities.
