Blue Origin is seeking a seasoned Scheduler to join the Mission Management and Integration team, developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules for the Lunar Permanence program using Primavera P6 and related planning tools.

You will drive cross-functional coordination across IPTs, partners, and business units to forecast, report, and improve schedule performance, ensuring realism and alignment with program goals in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in program scheduling in a highly complex, technical industry.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, Open Plan, MS Project or similar.
• Experience building a fully networked Integrated Master Schedule from scratch.
• Strong communication and executive presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead development of IMS and IPT-level schedules.
• Coordinate with external partners and IPTs on schedule dependencies.
• Manage forecast updates, collect performance data, and produce reporting.
• Develop KPI reports and schedule artifacts for IPT leaders.
• Drive accountability for schedule performance and mitigate blockers.
• Implement change management for approved scope changes.
