Blue Origin LLC is seeking a senior Scheduler to lead Integrated Master Schedules for the Lunar Permanence program, coordinating across IPTs and external partners. You will ensure detailed IPT schedules, baselining, forecasting, and KPI reporting to guide leaders and drive schedule improvements.

The role requires strong communication, mentoring for junior planners, and a robust background in high‑stakes aerospace program planning. Office base in Washington with a culture of safety and inclusion.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in program scheduling in a complex technical industry.
• Ability to build integrated master schedules from scratch.
• Proficient with Primavera P6, Open Plan or MS Project and schedule forecasting.
• Strong reporting of KPIs and schedule changes with best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of IMS and IPT-level schedules.
• Coordinate with partners and internal teams on schedule requirements.
• Manage schedule status updates and forecast reporting.
• Generate KPI metrics and reporting artifacts for leadership.
• Drive accountability for schedule performance and risk management.
• Champion changes and improvements to schedule processes.
