NCH Corporation is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for the Jonesboro, AR territory. You will own the territory, acting as a lubrication advisor with hands-on demonstrations and proven selling systems to win new business and deepen relationships.

Expect uncapped commissions and a path to advancement, with many peers earning $100,000+ annually. The role emphasizes field selling, technical expertise, and structured planning within a high-performance product line.

Qualifications

• Minimum track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to manage a large territory and drive new business.
• Excellent presentation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Make 15+ in-person sales calls daily.
• Present a 40 lb demo bag with live samples and tools on calls.
• Follow the Sales Bag Progression to uncover needs and close business.
• Process 40+ orders per month with high-volume products.
• Build and maintain 200+ active accounts purchasing 10+ SKUs.
• Collaborate with Corporate, Regional, and Key Account teams.
• Deliver annual Value Advantage reports showing cost savings and ROI.
• Maintain Salesforce records and participate in weekly planning.
