Job summary

Certified Labs is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to own a defined Oklahoma City territory and drive lubrication excellence for industrial plants and partners. You will act as a trusted lubrication advisor, delivering hands-on demonstrations, using technical expertise, and applying proven selling systems to win new business and deepen relationships.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to carry a 40 lb demo bag daily.
• Self-starter with history of exceeding sales targets.
• Outstanding presentation and relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute 15+ in-person sales calls daily following the Gears of Selling process.
• Present a 40 lb demo bag with live samples and visual aids on every call.
• Follow Sales Bag Progression to uncover needs, demonstrate value, and close.
• Write 40+ orders per month with emphasis on high-volume products.
• Build and maintain 200+ active accounts purchasing 10+ SKUs.
• Collaborate with Corporate, Regional, and Key Account teams on calls.
• Deliver annual Value Advantage reports quantifying ROI.
• Maintain Salesforce records with disciplined Friday planning.
