Certified Labs is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for the Jonesboro, AR territory. You will drive lubrication excellence across industrial plants, fleets, and partners, acting as a trusted advisor with hands-on demos and proven selling systems.

This hunter-farmer role offers uncapped commissions and a clear path to advancement. Currently, many reps earn $100,000+ annually, with a base salary of $50,000 and total first-year earnings between $60,000 and $80,000 depending on performance.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to conduct in-person sales calls and close deals.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for technical audiences.
• Experience managing multiple accounts and growing territory revenue.

Responsibilities

• Execute 15+ high-impact in-person calls daily using the company’s sales framework.
• Present a 40 lb demo bag with live samples and visual aids on every call.
• Close business on the spot and grow a portfolio of 200+ active accounts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on program rollouts and contracts.
