NCH Corporation is seeking a high-energy Outside Sales Representative for the Rockford territory. This role focuses on driving lubrication excellence for industrial plants and fleets by building strong partnerships and demonstrating product value.

The ideal candidate will execute daily sales calls, manage a significant number of accounts, and work closely with various teams to foster collaboration and growth. This position offers a base salary of $50,000 plus the potential for earnings exceeding $100,000 with commissions.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate a strong history in sales.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
• Capable of executing a disciplined sales approach.

Responsibilities

• Execute 15+ high-impact, in-person sales calls daily.
• Present sales demos effectively using the demo bag.
• Track sales data consistently in Salesforce.
• Build and maintain a minimum of 200 active accounts.

Skills

Outstanding presentation and relationship skills

Self-starter with history of exceeding sales targets

Ability to carry a 40 lb demo bag daily

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
