Job summary

Certified Labs is seeking an energetic Outside Sales Representative to own the Fayetteville, NC territory, driving lubrication excellence for industrial plants and partners. This hunter‑farmer role combines hands‑on demonstrations, technical know‑how, and a proven selling process to win new business and deepen relationships.

You will conduct 15+ in‑person calls daily, carry a 40 lb demo bag, manage 200+ accounts, and collaborate with teams to deliver cost savings, uptime gains, and ROI.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be able to carry a 40 lb demo bag daily.
• Self-starter with history of exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent presentation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute 15+ in-person sales calls daily.
• Present a 40 lb demo bag with live samples and tools.
• Follow the Sales Bag Progression to uncover needs and close deals.
• Write 40+ orders per month focusing on high-volume products.
• Build and maintain 200+ active accounts purchasing 10+ SKUs.
• Collaborate with Corporate/Regional/Key Account teams.
• Deliver annual Value Advantage reports with ROI data.
• Perform Friday PM planning and maintain Salesforce records.
