Job summary

Solenis is seeking a high-energy Outside Sales Representative for a Cedar Rapids, IA territory to own customers and drive lubrication excellence for industrial plants, fleets, and Certified Laboratories partners. You will use hands-on demos, technical knowledge, and a proven selling system to win new business and grow existing accounts.

Expect uncapped commissions, ongoing coaching, and a clear path to advancement; first-year potential earnings range from $70,000 to $100,000 with a guaranteed

Qualifications

• Must be field-based with daily travel in the assigned territory.
• Candidate must possess a valid driver's license and be comfortable driving between locations.
• Self-starter with history of exceeding sales targets.
• Outstanding presentation and relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute 15+ high-impact, in-person sales calls daily using the Gears of Selling approach.
• Present a 40 lb demo bag with live samples and visual aids on every call.
• Close business on the spot and document opportunities in Salesforce.
• Build and maintain 200+ active accounts purchasing 10+ SKUs.
