Solenis is seeking a high-energy Outside Sales Representative for the Cedar Rapids, IA territory. You will own a territory, perform 15+ daily in-person calls, and demonstrate a 40 lb demo bag with live samples and tools.

You will close deals, grow accounts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable reliability improvements for customers. Top performers earn uncapped commissions alongside a base salary, with a structured training path and ongoing coaching.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute 15+ high-impact, in-person sales calls daily.
• Present a 40 lb demo bag with live samples and tools on calls.
• Close business on the spot and write 40+ orders per month.
• Maintain 200 active accounts purchasing 10+ SKUs each.
• Collaborate with Corporate, Regional, and Key Account teams.
