Job summary

Solenis is seeking a high-energy Outside Sales Representative to own a Cedar Rapids, IA territory, selling lubrication solutions to industrial plants and Certified Laboratories partners. You will drive new business, present hands-on demonstrations, and deliver measurable reliability improvements.

The role emphasizes field-based travel, a base salary plus commissions, uncapped earning potential, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Field-based travel within assigned territory.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Strong presentation and relationship-building skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Make 15+ face-to-face calls daily.
• Demonstrate 40 lb demo bag with live samples on calls.
• Write 40+ orders per month with high-volume products.
• Maintain 200+ active accounts purchasing 10+ SKUs.
• Collaborate with Corporate, Regional and Key Account teams.
• Deliver annual Value Advantage reports (cost savings, uptime, ROI).
• Maintain Salesforce records with real-time updates, and plan weekly Fridays.
