Solenis is seeking a high-energy Outside Sales Representative to own the Moline, IL territory, driving lubrication excellence for industrial plants, fleets, and Certified Laboratories partners. You will be a trusted lubrication advisor, delivering measurable reliability improvements through demonstrations, technical expertise, and proven selling systems.

Expect uncapped commissions, ongoing professional development, and a clear path to advancement.

Qualifications

• Candidates must travel daily within the territory.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Must be able to carry a 40 lb demo bag daily.
• Proven history of exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent presentation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform 15+ in-person sales calls daily.
• Present a 40 lb demo bag with live samples on every call.
• Follow the Sales Bag Progression to uncover needs and close deals.
• Write 40+ orders per month with high-volume products.
• Develop 200+ active accounts purchasing 10+ SKUs.
• Collaborate with Corporate and Key Account teams on calls and contracts.
• Deliver annual Value Advantage reports showing ROI and cost savings.
• Maintain Salesforce records with Friday planning.
