Job summary

Solenis LLC in Moline, IL is seeking an energetic Outside Sales Representative to own a territory and drive lubrication solutions for industrial plants and Certified Laboratories partners. You will act as the trusted advisor, delivering live demonstrations and using proven selling methods to win new business.

This hunter–farmer role offers uncapped commissions. The first year includes a guaranteed base of $50,000 plus commissions, with total earnings expected from $70,000 to $100,000 depending

Qualifications

• Field-based sales experience in industrial markets.
• Ability to manage a multi-faceted territory.
• Proven track record meeting/exceeding targets.

Responsibilities

• Execute 15+ in-person sales calls daily.
• Present a 40 lb demo bag with live samples and tools.
• Write 40+ orders per month and drive high-volume product sales.
• Build 200+ active accounts with 10+ SKUs each.
• Collaborate with internal teams on calls and contracts.
