Solenis is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to own a territory, drive lubrication excellence for industrial plants, fleets, and partners, and act as a trusted lubrication advisor. You will use hands-on demonstrations, technical know-how, and proven sales processes to win new business and deepen relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven outside B2B sales to industrial clients.
• Experience in lubrication, MRO, or related sectors.
• Ability to demonstrate products with a heavy demo bag.
• Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 15+ in-person sales calls daily using the Gears of Selling process.
• Carry and present a 40 lb demo bag with live samples and tools.
• Follow up with needs discovery, value demos, and on-the-spot closes.
• Drive 40+ orders per month for high-volume products.
• Develop 150+ active accounts purchasing 10+ SKUs.
• Collaborate with Corporate, Regional, and Key Account teams.
• Deliver Value Advantage reports showing cost savings and ROI.
• Maintain Salesforce records and weekly Friday planning.
