Job summary

Solenis is seeking a high-energy Outside Sales Representative for the Moline, IL territory. You will own the customer relationship, conduct hands-on demonstrations, and drive lubrication excellence for industrial plants and labs.

Qualifications

• Daily travel within the assigned territory.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to carry a 40 lb demo bag daily; self-starter with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Outstanding presentation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute 15+ high-impact, in-person sales calls daily.
• Present a 40 lb demo bag with live samples and tools on calls.
• Write 40+ orders per month for high-volume products.
• Develop and maintain 200+ active accounts purchasing 10+ SKUs.
• Collaborate with internal teams on calls, programs, and contracts.
• Deliver annual Value Advantage reports quantifying savings and ROI.
