Qualifications

• Minimum of five years’ experience in LTL Operations or a comparable leadership role.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Extensive knowledge of the principles, procedures, and best practices in the LTL industry.
• Valid Class A CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee dispatching activities, including tracking, routing, and dispatching transportation vehicles.
• Plan, implement and supervise staff to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Coach team members to develop talent.
• Produce high levels of service, including on-time pickup and delivery.
• Improve productivity and control labor spend.
