Job summary

CrossCountry Freight Solutions is seeking an Operations Supervisor in Denver, CO. You will lead drivers and freight handlers, oversee loading/unloading, and uphold safety and company policies to drive efficient operations.

The role requires 2+ years of supervisory and transportation experience, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate with customers and maintenance teams. CDL-A is preferred but not required, and a pre-employment skills assessment applies.

Qualifications

• Two years supervisory and transportation experience required.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of industry principles, procedures and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee loading/unloading of freight and ensure safe dock operations.
• Supervise drivers; handle hiring, training, scheduling and disciplinary actions.
• Conduct regular meetings with shift personnel to discuss updates and issues.
