Axsome Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a field-based Long-Term Care (LTC) Specialty Account Manager to lead LTC commercial activities across a defined geography.

The SAM will drive product adoption, build relationships with LTC teams, and execute strategic territory plans to achieve targets. The role requires 5+ years in pharma/biotech sales, including 2+ years in LTC or account-based selling, with launch experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience, including 2+ years in LTC or account-based selling environments.
• Launch experience strongly preferred.
• Must live within the geography of the assigned territory.

Responsabilités

• Drive product adoption in LTC facilities.
• Proficient in both virtual and live customer engagements.
• Develop territory business plans including account plans for LTC facilities to meet quarterly and annual goals.
• Navigate payer policies, prior authorizations, and patient access programs.
