Job summary

Axsome Therapeutics, Inc. is expanding its commercial organization with a field-based Long-Term Care (LTC) Specialty Account Manager to drive LTC activity in an assigned geography.

The SAM will execute marketing strategies and build relationships with LTC care teams to support product adoption. Responsibilities include developing a territory business plan, navigating payer policies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience, including 2+ years in LTC or account-based selling environments.
• Launch experience strongly preferred.
• Must live within the geography of the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Drive product adoption in LTC facilities.
• Proficient in both virtual and live customer engagements.
• Develop a comprehensive territory business plan inclusive of account plans for LTC facilities.
