Job summary

Acadia Pharmaceuticals seeks a Long-Term Care Regional Account Manager to lead regional and national LTC accounts, coordinating resources and cross-functional partners to deliver a seamless, customer-centric LTC strategy. This field-based role requires up to 70% travel.

You will develop insights to maximize access, educate on PDP diagnosis and treatment, and strengthen relationships with major LTC customers while aligning with corporate goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, healthcare, life science, or related field.
• At least 7 years in pharmaceutical or biotech sales/account management.
• Minimum 3 years in Long-Term Care environment and field-based role.
• Experience with KOLs/COEs or complex health systems preferred.
• FDA good standing; CNS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage regional and national LTC accounts including providers and systems.
• Develop insights to maximize access and educate PDP diagnosis and treatment.
• Coordinate resources to build enduring LTC customer relationships.
• Deliver high-level in-service presentations to key account stakeholders.
• Lead pull-through opportunities with cross-functional teams across LTC ecosystem.
