Century Care Management in New Bern, NC is seeking a dedicated payroll professional to join our team on a full-time, days shift. The ideal candidate will manage payroll operations for facilities with 100+ employees and ensure accuracy and compliance.

You will handle biweekly payroll processing, onboarding and offboarding, background checks, accounts payable, and maintain meticulous records. Strong Excel and PointClickCare/EHR familiarity are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing payroll operations for facilities with 100+ employees.
• Biweekly payroll processing, verification, and submission.
• Onboarding and offboarding including new hire docs and terminations.
• Pre-employment background screenings via third-party verification services.
• Accounts payable processing and payment requests.
• Strong administrative and records management skills.
• 2+ years in a Long-Term Care environment.
• Advanced proficiency with Windows and MS Office; Excel expertise.
• Familiarity with PointClickCare and other EHR systems.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Compassionate, patient-focused professional serving residents and families.
