Job summary

Century Care Management in Elkin, NC is seeking a compassionate CNA for full-time day shift in a long-term care setting. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of LTC experience, be detail oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while supporting staff.

Candidates should be proficient with Windows and MS Office and have experience with PointClickCare or similar EMR software. A valid NC driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires CNA certification (unencumbered).
• Two years experience in a Long Term Care environment preferred.
• Direct experience with PointClickCare EMR software preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels; strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office.
