Axsome Therapeutics is seeking a field-based Long-Term Care Specialty Account Manager to drive LTC commercial activities in an assigned geography, delivering marketing strategies to support a successful launch.

As a disease-state expert and account specialist, you will manage LTC facilities, build relationships with care teams, navigate payer processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve quarterly and annual goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years pharma/biotech sales experience with 2+ years in LTC.
• Launch experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive product adoption in LTC facilities and engage care teams.
• Call on LTC facilities and build physician/nurse relationships.
• Develop territory business plans to meet quarterly and annual goals.
• Ensure timely access and payer navigation to support patient care.

Education

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
