Haven Home Care seeks an LPN to join its Eastern Ohio expansion. This per-visit role sits beside another job, with no guaranteed weekly hours, and includes supervisory visits, open visits, and aide testing.

Mileage is reimbursed and a company-provided iPad is supplied. Requirements include an active Ohio LPN license, CPR, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and successful completion of background checks and tests.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Graduation from an accredited School of Practical Nursing.
• Current Ohio LPN license in good standing.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
• Current CPR certification.
• Criminal background check, skills test, and written nursing test.

Responsabilités

• Documentation: Prepare accurate documentation per agency standards.
• Supervisory and Open Visits: conduct visits every 60 days for Home Health Aides.
• Pre-Employment Testing: conduct skills tests and written tests for aides.
