Job summary

Haven Home Care in Eastern Ohio seeks an LPN to supplement an existing role. This is a per-visit expansion, not a replacement, with minimal initial hours as we build client base across Ashtabula, Columbiana, Mahoning, and Trumbull counties.

You will conduct supervisory visits, complete open visits, and perform pre-employment testing for aides. Mileage is reimbursed; an iPad and name badge are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Graduation from an accredited School of Practical Nursing.
• Current Ohio LPN license in good standing.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance for work.
• Current CPR certification.
• Successful completion of criminal background check, skills test, and written nursing test.
• Residence in Trumbull or Mahoning County preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete open visits and collect required documentation.
• Conduct supervisory visits every 60 days to check Home Health Aides.
• Perform pre-employment testing for Home Health Aide candidates.
