Haven Home Care Inc. is seeking an LPN to join as a per-visit supervisor, working alongside another job and not as a replacement. You will complete supervisory visits, collect documentation, and perform pre-employment testing for aides across Eastern Ohio.

The role offers per-visit pay ($25 supervisory, $35 open, $35 skills tests, $35 for office time), mileage reimbursement, and company-provided iPad. Travel to Ashtabula, Columbiana, Mahoning, and Trumbull counties is required.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Graduation from an accredited School of Practical Nursing.
• Current Ohio LPN license in good standing.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for work.
• Current CPR certification.
• Successful completion of criminal background check, skills test, and written nursing test.
• Residence in Trumbull or Mahoning County preferred.

• Supervisory and Open Visits: Conduct visits every 60 days and open visits for new clients.
• Pre-Employment Testing: Conduct skills tests and written tests for aides.
